What Types of Links are Worth Buying?
A vital aspect to SEO is accumulating links to your website. Obviously, you want to get these links for free if at all possible, but when you hire someone for SEO they typically purchase links. But what types of links are worth buying? This is where you need an SEO expert.
Although you may understand what a link is, do you know the difference between a follow and a nofollow? If you haven’t read up on SEO, probably not. Also, do you know where or how your website should be hyperlinked? Again, probably not.
How, when, at what frequency, and where (more than one meaning here) you are linked in any given circumstance matters for search engine rank – BIG TIME! But understanding what links are proper and which are not is something that most SEO specialists have learned over time and experience. In fact, search engine optimization gurus may in fact be wrong sometimes. This is not because they don’t know what they’re doing, but because no one knows search algorithms perfectly.
This is common sense, but most search analysts have a good basic foundation of where to build from. Usually, only the finer details come into play as far as unknown areas. This is good though, it leaves some of the better SEO pros an advantage if they’re right and leaves maneuverability in the sense not everybody can be right because no one knows the exact method for getting to the top.
